I always take a screenshot of my order for a quick access to track delivery, thank goodness I did. Birch lane Changed my order from 7’5 foot to a 3’ tree without my knowledge, then acted like that’s what I ordered, they backtracked When I said I saved an copy of my original order, and said, it was an error and the correct item would come. When I chatted, emailed and called, to get a written confirmation, nobody would give me one, I was told the correct item would be sent and “they can’t send me an email”. Of course I got the wrong item, 3’ tree. NOT the 7’5 I ordered. Now I’m told I need to return and reorder. Honestly, I’ve never talked to customer service that made me feel so uncomfortable, the evasive nature of the conversation and not providing any thing in writing is a strong indication that they don’t intend to follow through with what they say.
