I had such high hopes for this tree after spending a significant amount of money on a tree that would last multiple seasons. First it was delivered to a house 5 houses down from the mailing address. It's not Birch Lane's fault or the manufacturer's, and then appoint finding and hailing the tree to put together. The middle strands of lights do not work. Granted, they had sent extra bulbs and fuses with the tree, but really out of the box, and it's not fully functional?! A huge disappointment.

I bought this tree back in January! I did not open box, just stored for the season. Removed from box now and some lights do not work! I bought a tester but still can not find what is causing the issue? Is there anything I can do? I really love the tree! Thank you
