This was probably my worst experience of anything I've bought for Christmas. First off, when we received it the thing was a tangled mess. You couldn't even expand the branches because it was so tangled. Then after an hour or two of untangling there were lights that didn't work. We had to try and track it down, but after several more hours we just gave up. My father, brother, and I have spent a lot of time doing Christmas decorations so we aren't beginners on putting up trees or doing lights. We tried to run to the store to get a tester, but they were out. For spending this amount of money on a tree I would have even thought a tester would have come with it. If you look at the pics you will see big areas with no lights lit. Overall, really bad experience and I highly recommend not purchasing.

For the price, this is a great tree. It does take a while to fluff, but it looks great when all done. Very happy :)

Gorgeous tree! I was hesitant about buying one unseen in person, but I was not disappointed at all. It takes some time to fluff it because if it’s size. My favorite feature is each branch that extends from the tree splits into 3 branches that you can bent to go in different directions to ensure fullness and prevent bald spots.
