90' Lighted Artificial Spruce Christmas Tree

Received and cannot assemble in stand... the largest base branches have a plastic tubing surrounded the bottom pole. How do you remove this on order to fit in tree stand. Help..... need to set up in 24 hrs What do I do Diane

Cheap looking tree. Not “realistically “ looking as in specifications. Didn’t even bother to take it out of the box. Will return.

Shipping was fast and convenient. It’s a lot to first get it all set up, so I was disappointed after i spent all that time to unpack it and set it up and find that 4 of the branches lights were out. Not just one light but a whole branch. Total nightmare trying to find the bulb that is out. Once it is set up, it is very pretty. Take the time to really fluff it up though. It makes all the difference in the appearance of the tree.
