Box came damaged and pole sticking out barley taped shut will need replacement but they sent replacement asap. Wish it had more of the quality branches but it’s beautiful

It's not blue, not even close to blue. I requested a return and they instead offered me a half off discount so I, being old and wheelchair bound didn't have to arrange for it to go back. I got a little over $25 back, no one seems to know anything about it and I am stuck with a not blue spruce, and its

takes a bit to set up but after you open all the branches its beautiful

I bought the 4 ft. Love it. It's beautiful, have had prelit in the past and always had problems.
