One branch was completely broken. All the others wiggled side to side like they were going to break at any moment, and multiple were bent. It has 8 PLUGS to make it light up, crazy. The plugs are bulky with multiple safety tags in the middle of the tree. Branches quality were cheap and not full. The only positive was the lights were as described. I retuned it. I would have rated it a zero if I could have

Tree received did not look like the tree I ordered on the website. The color was not the same and the branches were not the same. The wrong tree was sent and it was a heavy box that I had to load and take to FedEx. Company should have paid for FedEx to pick up from me.
