I love my sofa. I give it 4 only because I have a huge problem with the fabric on one arm. The delivery man said just call and they will send a new one. After hours on hold they said there was nothing they could do. I was waiting to see if the fabric would straighten itself out. I waited 5 days and Apparently that’s too long. I've only had this sofa for a week, so I can only comment on the look and function of the piece. It is entirely made of leather, with an interesting stitching that makes it look a bit more casual. The quality of the leather seems great. The sofa is extremely comfortable, with the seat being high enough and firm enough. The seat cushions are velcroed in place and the back cushions are zipped to the back of the sofa which allows the cushions to remain in place. The navy leather has a very rich look. Great sofa!. Comfortable couch!! Just as pictured. The delivery was not great but I think that’s more about the company hired to do the delivery.
