Table arrives yesterday and I am very pleased with this purchase. I read every review of this item and ultimately it was those that convinced me to pull the trigger on this piece. It was fully assembled by the Birch Lane team when they arrived. So I cannot comment on assembly, but it maybe took 15-20 minutes from unpack to assembled. This is a beautiful coffee table, but I'm thoroughly disappointed with Wayfair and how they have responded to it arriving damaged. It's solid wood and incredibly heavy, and it was clearly dropped during shipping. I asked for a replacement top be sent and was told that would happen no problem, only to find out on delivery date, that wasn't happening. I was ghosted...I chatted again with their customer service asking for a refund of the tabletop since I will have to get it repaired (if possible) on my own only to be told I need to return it if I wanted a refund.. Dark Brown

Inspired by the Scandinavian aesthetic of beauty, simplicity and functionality, the Rune Coffee Table epitomizes definition of modern and relaxed design. A dark brown, solid mango wood has been beautiful fashioned into a rectangle top and two t-shaped legs. The wood itself has been polished to showcase its rustic grain.

While the table design is nice I was very disappointed with the defective construction of the legs. The holes for the bolts that secure the crossbar to the legs were not deep enough to hold anything in place and the crossbar did not fit flush with the legs causing the whole thing to wobble. The cross bar also appeared to be warped and misaligned. All in all the legs weren't anywhere near secure enough to support what is a very very heavy table top safely.
