This is a beautiful coffee table, but I'm thoroughly disappointed with Wayfair and how they have responded to it arriving damaged. It's solid wood and incredibly heavy, and it was clearly dropped during shipping. I asked for a replacement top be sent and was told that would happen no problem, only to find out on delivery date, that wasn't happening. I was ghosted...I chatted again with their customer service asking for a refund of the tabletop since I will have to get it repaired (if possible) on my own only to be told I need to return it if I wanted a refund..
