Well packed/shipped - easy to build. Good quality, bought four and have them up in our kitchen bar. Only reason 4 stars is that I believed cushion to be detachable and it's not so I used scotch guard on it since we cannot wash them. May have been my oversight but it looked like it came off. Overall satisfied and recommended, they look great.

The chairs themselves are very nice, but I was sent the wrong color twice. It took the third try to get the correct chair I bought.

Ordered 4 black counter stools. Got delivered 4 gray barstools. Called customer service, the lady was very nice and sent me 4 replacement stools. Once again 4 gray barstools. Now I have 8 gigantic boxes that do not match my order and I am responsible to make multiple trips to fedex to return them as it’s to large of boxes to fix 8 in my suv. No quality control and from what I’ve read since it’s a common issue. We ordered the same stools from another site, they were hundreds less and they delivered the correct stools.
