Rosalie Arm Chair (Set of 2)

These chairs came broken. The bar on the back was cracked in one of the set. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement set, which was very appreciated. The second set came 3 or 4 weeks later and I appreciated the customer service. At first, the chairs seemed sturdy. I got a set with arms so my elderly parents could more easily get up from the kitchen table. Unfortunately, after several weeks, the arms became wobbly. No matter how many times i re-tightened them, they are wobbly and flimsy. I contacted the company and they said they cannot help me because it is more than 30 days since the original (broken) chairs were delivered. Chairs this expensive should not break after several weeks of light use. Do not recommend.
