Beautiful piece, exactly as pictured, solid construction, fast and professional delivery. Taking off one star because tabletop did come with small scuff to finish causing a visible blemish. Waiting to see how issue is handled.

Update: After receiving the wrong part to fix the table, and submitting this review, we were told they were sending a replacement table and we could trash or donate the broken one. We donated it in the hope that someone might figure out a solution to use it. This was October 2. On October 10 we were told that the new arrival date would be November 7. On November 6 we received word that the new date would be November 12. No table. On November 13 we received word that the new arrival date is November 19. I will not be holding my breath. I’m not sure how this company is still in business. I’m going to cancel this order and request a refund. I’m hoping there are no problems with that. All said, I do not recommend this company to anyone. Definitely BUYER BEWARE! The table would be perfect if the pieces had all arrived unbroken. One of the support bars for the legs arrived with the piece that you thread through the leg snapped off. We contacted customer service and asked if we could have a replacement part. This was on September 13. We gave them the part identification and description. On September 16 we received an email telling us our part was held up until September 25. We were also asked to send photos of the broken piece, which we did. Today, October 1, we received a package with a part. Not the part we asked for though. It’s been 18 days since we received a table we cannot use. This is really bad customer service and I would not recommend Birch Lane because of it. The pictures show the piece we requested vs the piece sent.

Table is smaller than I anticipated and has more distressing than pictured. Seems good quality and sturdy though.
