I’m always nervous ordering large items online. This did not disappoint! The table is heavy and well made. Delivery was timely. I got a text advising the driver was 1 hour away. The two guys were incredibly polite, built the table and moved it into place. I would not hesitate to buy from Birch Lane again.

Product is fine. It's the Wayfair/Birch Lane business model that is disgusting. The "Cherine" coffee and end tables are actually made by Rowe Furniture and the collection is Koda. The chat agent in at attached photo explained as much. The Rowe Koda coffee table is available on many other sites much less than here on BL. The real kicker is that the Rowe Koda end table is on 6-8 other websites for roughly $350, compared to the BL price of $1224. If that isn't price gouging, I don't know what is. The agents will tell you it is Rowe Furniture's fault, but please see the photo of my chat. It is clear that it is BL's choice to sell at this exorbitant price. I don't think I will ever order from this company again.
