Beautiful and very comfortable

Perfect and comfy

This is a lovely sectional In the colour Classic ‘Smoke’ - I feel the classic smoke color sample ordered prior to ordering the actual sectional was an accurate match. Down cushions and pillows are very comfortable. They are thick and seem quality. Medium firmness and will break in a bit. Plenty of support. Communication surrounding delivery was very good with text messages and emails confirming delivery timing window which was met. Only negative was one of the sectional pieces was missing the 4 screw-in feet. A prompt call to customer service rectified the situation and 4 feet for the sectional arrived a week later to my door. My decor is mainly traditional and this classic smoke color blends well with my darker woodwork / trim with a nice simple contrast. Sectional was wrapped up and covered very well upon delivery and was handled with care by the gentleman as they took it off the truck and brought inside my front door. Would recommend

Beautiful piece of furniture! Exactly what I needed in my space. Highly recommend from start to finish!

Love it. Took a chance ordering online, but it was exactly the style I wanted, it fits perfectly in our sunroom, and even squished than we thought it would be. Only con: of course the white couch was delivered on a rainy muddy day! At least we know it was easy enough to clean!
