We just recd our sectional yeaterday (earlier than expected -awesome). It was securely packaged and arrived in perfect condition. We needed a specific size for a small area and this fits perfectly. We chose the color ‘Nomad Ink’ and its soft almost like a chenille. The cushions are THICK and slightly firm - I don't think we've owned a couch so comfortable right out of the box. The pieces (sofa and loveseat are substantial and feel solid) The slip cover was on and wasn't too wrinkled (might just be the fabric). We also received 3 throw pillows with feather inserts. This was our first online purchase of a couch and we have zero regrets. Birch Lane reps were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Worth the money!

Gorgeous even right out of the wrapper before being steamed to release wrinkles. Great experience and lightning fast shipping. Ordered 4/10 and delivered today.

Special note: sofa is MADE TO ORDER! GORGEOUS!! I am BEYOND happy, it was worth EVERY penny! Customer service was top notch from start to finish (was even assigned a case/product manager) who phoned & emailed me throughout the entire process!
