Broken! Flimsy guard rail. The latches wont stay in and it makes for a very hazardous bed. Very dissatisfied with this item. Last purchase from Birch.

First, the color online looks more beige and the bed itself is grey. Second, during assembly I realized the bolt holes on the back panel did not align with the ones on the side frame. So not only was I completely unable to assemble the bed, the panel fell during my attempt and injured my foot because it is HEAVY. So now I'm injured and have to buy an air mattress so my guests have somewhere to sleep on Christmas.

Our daybed arrived with a crack on one of the arms so I am still awaiting the replacement arm. Otherwise, I like the bed. It is about what I expected but maybe a little more grey looking than a creamy beige.
