Daybed - Full / Double

This twin daybed is exactly what you need in your guest room, especially if last-minute guests always seem to end up at your house. Carefully built from solid and manufactured wood in an antique white painted finish, this 80"-wide daybed has smooth panels accented by traditional turned legs and knobs for a decorative touch, while a slat system accommodates your preferred mattress. Why don't you put it in your spare room and top it with a few patterned throw pillows? Something to remember for later: You'll need to buy the twin-size mattress separately.

This daybed worked great for my office. We used an XLtwin mattress which fit perfectly. Husband said putting it together was no problem. Note that if you do plan to use pillows they will probably cover the back. Instruction sheet states that this is the Staci Daybed manufactured by Hillsdale Furniture. Very pleased.. Joan. This upholstered daybed creates a welcoming focal point in a guest room, living area, or large master suite. Its frame is made from solid wood, and it is wrapped in a textured polyester blend upholstery that complements any decor. This piece features a gracefully curved back and track arms that offer a comforting, enclosed feel. A convenient trundle is hidden beneath, which rolls out on casters to provide an extra sleep surface for overnight visitors. It also supports up to 500 lbs. and offers a great alternative to a traditional sofa.

It arrived within 2 days of purchase. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to understand. Tip- to be successful, you will need a power drill to put attach the bed slats to the frame. Assembly mentions a screwdriver but honestly it will take you days if you did that. We bought an 8 inch thick mattress for the trundle and a 10 inch for the top. Both fit perfectly. It is larger than I thought but looked quite nice once it was set up. I used twin sheets and comforter and it fit nicely. Overall, very pleased with the purchase for our guest room. Pattie.
