This is a beautiful coffee table and I’m very happy now that it has arrived. I considered taking a couple stats off for my overall shopping experience , but when all is said and done. The coffee table is lovely and the delivery guys were very courteous. My complaint comes from six WEEKS of having to chase down what was happening with my order as it did not move at all. In fact, for the longest time it said “we’ll send shipping info as soon as it’s back in stock. I was told it was being “custom made” which is not true. Meanwhile, BL continued to advertise as “in stock” with under a two week delivery window. While I had been waiting over 5 weeks with no updates. I finally had success in getting some real answers by pretending I was interested in purchasing this same item and was questioning if the very speedy estimated delivery timeframe was accurate. I was told it absolutely was because they had 157 in stock. Wait! Whaaat???? That’s when I asked them what the heck is happening with my order? Finally I was transferred to a live agent that helpfully put in a trouble ticket and two days later, it was on its way. (Still took another 7 days) Once my order got moving the communication and delivery was great and as I said, the coffee table is beautiful and has elevated my living space.
