I would not give any star . You misrepresent product you sell , it’s deceiving. If you show in your picture Victorian Deck Mounted Roman Tub Faucet set with two handles , then customer should not assume that the handles are not included . Your picture should not show handles as a part of a set . It’s miss representation. In this case you shouldn’t change return fee .

Very happy with the quality and look. Easy to install and I was happy to find all the matching pieces for my master bath.

While the faucet is beautiful, be very careful to order everything you need for installation. There are no handles nor is the actual plumbing included...an extra $400 on top of this piece which is just the "trim kit".

Beautiful faucet and craftsmanship. Imagine my surprise when there were no handles but included the trim for them? I was speechless. Didn’t expect this from Delta.
