It is so beautiful and well made but the only down side is that I had to order pluming part from a different company also I replaced the pull coil from handheld with a gold one that I also ordered elsewhere but in the end well worth the cost.

The product is excellent. The shipping caused physical damage to the finish because of faulty packaging. At $1100, there is no way that a faucet should have dings all over the finish because of shipping.
