This mirror looks even better in person and a great size that is very hard to find at a reasonable price. It did arrive broken, wayfair immediately sent a replacement which was also broken. Third time’s the charm. The customer service was impressive all in all. Highly recommend it.

This mirror arrived shattered. It's been 3 days and I am being told the manufacturer has to be involved. WHY? It's BROKEN! Problem is that this mirror is now "backordered". WHY should I have to wait for it to restock? I should be given a refund for a broken mirror. Buyer beware. Evidently if there are issues, the manufacturer has to be involved. Buy a different mirror! Very unhappy. UPDATE: Wayfair stepped in and refunded without us having to return this shattered mirror. Wayfair is awesome in customer service so I am upgrading this to 4 stars because had it NOT shattered and become backordered, I would have loved this mirror!
