I needed an extra long curtain rod and this fit the bill. I like the simple clean design. I would have given it five stars but the install was a bit tricky as the brackets impede the ability to use a power drill to completely tighten the screws. Had to be done manually. Also, if you are using heavier curtains such as blackout curtains, too much weight will cause the curtain rod to bow slightly. More support brackets would help with this issue but would impede how curtain panels could be placed. Note: Four brackets were included with this curtain rod but I only used three.

Nice weight and black color. Looks very nice in the room.
