I’ve always wanted a floor mirror but never purchased one as I was concerned about it being damaged in transit. This mirror boasted a beautiful and intricate frame that exuded charm and sophistication, so I decided to take a chance and went ahead with the purchase. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the mirror arrived broken. I called customer support and the representative delivered exceptional service. She was able to have a new mirror delivered and it arrived intact within days of the incident. I was very impressed. The floor mirror's frame features an intricate design pattern and the overall aesthetic adds a nice touch to any room. The mirror itself is adequately sized, offering a full-length reflection that enhances the sense of space and light in the area. It is undoubtedly a statement piece that draws attention and adds a touch of luxury to the room. Although the original broken mirror dampened my initial experience, the prompt and efficient resolution provided was amazing!

Don’t mind the finger prints all over it, we have kiddos here, but I love the mirror! The first one I ordered came broken but they very quickly sent a replacement which was really appreciated! Only thing is they wanted me to send the old one back but there was no way I could load that up in my car and carry it into a store.

This is a really nice large mirror for the price. The finish is a more subtle dark gold as you can see by the piece next to it. When it is on the floor it will show an entire person up to around 6’2” within the frame.

This mirror is beautiful! It’s super heavy. It came with everything needed to either hang it or have it anchored to the wall to sit on the floor like we chose to do. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it.
