Perfect mirror for a bathroom. Very happy with this purchase

One was broken!! I need another one!

I opened the box on side and could tell it was broken. Had to return it. They asked me if I wanted a new one sent but that wouldn’t guarantee the same thing wouldn’t happen again. I’ll look else where.

I can’t truly review this mirror because we have received shattered 3 times. Birchlane service was great. Attempted to replace the first broken mirror, but replacement came broken/shattered as well. They offered to replace one more time, but this time they said they would request extra packing to protect and extra notations on box to handle with extreme care, but it came in the same box as first two and broken the same ad first two. Looks like a beautiful mirror on line, but was a bust. Customer service great, but too many fails.

I am doing a bathroom remodel. I ordered the product and just opened it today. It is beautiful but I can’t return it since it is past the due date to return. This is a nightmare! There was no problem with the box or shipping. They send a defective product and there is no option for me to return it. This is so disappointing. Always check your items the day you get them so this does not happen to you. The frame is perfect so it must not have been inspected before it was sent.
