This was the third mirror that I needed as the first two mirrors had cracks in the framing around the mirror. The third mirror that came has some area in the framing that look bubbly. Not as happy with it, but at least it doesn't have any cracks. Customer service was great. Instead of giving the mirrors back, I was able to donate them to charity. Someone who cannot afford the product will get it for free of a lower cost at Habitat For Humanity.
