Both of the mirrors showed up broken. Order # 3979067233. I contacted customer service on 10/16/23 and was told the replacement order would show up on 10/25. I ended up checking back with the store, since they are south of us in Houston. They said the replacements never showed. Can you please check the records and tell us what is going on? I was chatting online with your customer service rep so I don't have a contact or email to reach out to. Thank you.
