I love the product, and purchased two. But giving it mediocre rating because the installation instructions are very poor, and the supplied hardware very inadequate. Each came with 4 screws and 4 plastic hollow wall anchors. Instructions say installation in a stud is NOT REQUIRED. One screw went into a stud, and the other 7 were installed shelf using hardware provided. I then placed my collection of glass paperweights on the 2 shelves, max load on each 11.2 lbs. In middle of night, bottom shelf, which was NOT screwed into the stud, came crashing down onto my liquor cart below, which had 3 glass shelves, a dozen bottles, and my stemware. The 4 wall anchors remained in the wall, but the screws were yanked out. The max load for this shelf is 25 lbs. so it was NOT overloaded. The top 2 shelves of liquor cart and all the stemware were destroyed. The glass shelf miraculously survived, so I reinstalled it INTO ONE STUD, and I used TOGGLE BOLTS for the other 3. I also removed the other shelf, and left the one screw in the stud, but replaced the other 3 plastic anchors with TOGGLE BOLTS. The instructions for this product must be revised. If it is too costly for the manufacturer to include toggle bolts in the package, they should ELIMINATE THE MEASLY SCREWS AND WALL ANCHORS, AND JUST TELL US TO USE TOGGLES BOLTS.
