The item arrived shattered. The hen I contacted customer service I was told that 1. I had to partially unwrap the item and send a photo proving it was broken (which risked spilling broken glass) and 2. That Birch Ln would not resolve the issue for me. Instead, I must wait 1-3 days for Wayfair to contact me because they were the manufacturer and the company that had actually shipped the item. Do not buy from Birch Ln. Buy products directly from the manufacturers instead and save your time, money, and energy. Boo Birch Ln.

This is a very pretty mirror and looked like it was perfect in my dining room over a buffet. However, it looks like a "fun house" mirror when viewed from another room or angle. I am disappointed by this fact and am surprised by this where it is a Wayfair verified item and gets high marks. Maybe this “issue” doesn’t bother others, but I find it that it takes away from the beauty of the mirror and looks like it is defective.
