The Bilbrook Accent Mirror arrived yesterday. It was flat packed in a cardboard box with thin styrofoam. Two men delivered it to my door. The color, size are perfect. However the Seagrass is damaged, flattened in two areas. The damage is approximately where two hands would've carried the box upon delivery. I am very disappointed that this happened, as the mirror is unusable in my space. If the Seagrass is so fragile, susceptible to damage, it should have been packed better. For a $500+ mirror Perigold can do better.
