Extremely poor quality paper. The rolls do not match and it tears when you even try to cut it, the seams look terrible. I’m so disappointed

The quality and pattern of this wallpaper are really nice. Unfortunately, the pattern doesn’t exactly match up when you put 2 panels next to each other and it turns out looking badly. We spent so long trying to get it to perfectly match up and this is as close as we could get, which resulted in us having to take the wallpaper off the wall and ripping some paint off. When I contacted customer service, they told me there was nothing they could do to support me since the wallpaper had been delivered more than 30 days ago. I wanted to love this wallpaper but I’m super disappointed with the product and more importantly, the customer service. This was my first order from Birch Lane and I won’t be ordering anything else.

Once you get the hang of it it’s easy to apply. The seams are easily visible in certain lighting which is why I knocked it down 1 star but otherwise I’m still happy with my purchase!
