A rustic European vibe present in the weathered charcoal finish and Continental inspired details adds appeal and interest to the home office. Felt lined top drawers and side mount ball bearing guides and English and French dovetail drawer construction and and the highest quality construction standard to Magnussen Home.

It looks great and the drawers are sturdy and come with some nice accessories like a wood inlay for pens and supplies., felt bottoms for 2 of the top drawers and the fully built in file cabinets. The desk also has a built in power supply for 2 electrical sockets and 2 USB ports. I wasn't sure what to expect since there were so few pictures posted but I am VERY happy with the desk. It came extremely well packaged and the only assembly necessary was attaching the 8 little legs. One warning; the back of the desk leaves a bit to be desired for anyone that doesn't plan to have it against a wall.. J. VA. Tue Jul 24 2018

This writing desk pairs a classic design with a dash of rustic character, making it just the right choice for your farmhouse home office. It's made from solid rubberwood with white oak veneers and has a heathered taupe finish for a warm and weathered look. Curling cutouts along the trestle base bring out this desk's traditional side. Plus, it has three drawers with room for notepads, pens, and paperclips, while there's space on the surface for your laptop, a lamp, and even a decorative paperweight.

I love my new desk! It's very sturdy & the side drawers are huge and could fit my laptop but for now holds a binder and 2 notebooks. They're lined with brown velvet (side drawers) and all 3 drawers glide very smoothly. The color is a medium gray/brown with some black and white mixed in & has a slight rustic quality as it's not entirely smooth but has some texture to it. My office is only 105" wide and this desk fits nicely centered in the room. My only wish is that it had a couple grommet holes to hide the wires but that's an inexpensive DIY and since the side drawer is big enough to hide my laptop, I might tuck that away in there also. Overall it's a beautiful desk.. Lisa. Round Rock, TX. Wed Nov 18 2020

The Emelia collection will be right at home in either a classic formal setting or a relaxed, eclectic home.

Very pleased, however the lighter stain color has a greenish tint that we are diappointed in and hope will not be so prevalent once we get the room fully furnished. It took a LONG time to get this desk, but it seems to be a nice piece.. Beth. Thu Mar 06 2025
