The napkin holder is beautiful and well made. The white washed one I purchased looks just as photographed. They’re going back though because the holder is oversized for the napkins I find by about 2 to 1 1/2 inches length and width. I really wanted to keep it but the space gaps were too large for me.

The return policy says ship cost may vary but fail to include an estimate or possible range. Such item came lose in inside a cardboard box, so how to justify such high cost to return. Very aggravating.
