I ordered the 8'x8' square rug. My space was a bit of a challenge because there are two areas in one room. I wanted the two spaces to be distinct. The rug really helped to pull this together. It's not as soft as I thought it would be from the photo, but it is in way hard or scratchy. You definitely don't want to use a vacuum that has roller brushes that run automatically. The loops are large and would likely get pulled up and unravel. I would say it is worth the purchase. UPDATE: It sheds like crazy! This rug is a blend of very nice neutral colors. It arrived sooner than expected (which was great). It's exactly what I needed to pull together my living room seating area. This rug is amazing. Far better in person. The online photo hints at maybe some orange but there is none. It’s the perfect tan with no red undertones so it’s perfect with grays and other wood tones. It’s thick and extremely well made. Has a hand-woven quality and feels nice underfoot. Yes, it’s jute so it has that jute smell but I love it. It’s not rough and scratchy like many jutes-just textural. Was packaged super carefully and arrived in excellent condition.
