If you are not familiar with jute rugs please note that they are a natural fiber that does shed quite a bit. I do find that the color is a little bit darker than what was shown in the stock photos, but that was OK for my use. The rug came nicely, rolled up and packaged, and it was very easy to lay out, and it laid flat very quickly. Hayley. Mission Hills, CA. Sat Sep 05 2026

This rug was exactly what i was looking for! High quality and not scratchy. The color is perfect - almost charcoal gray and dark brown mixed. Very pleased! Update - rug faded quite drastically around the furniture after the first year so we flipped it over for year two. Same fading happened again so now I will need to buy a new rug after two years. You can see the discoloration in the second photo. I guess that is to be expected being outdoors but will definitely opt for something cheaper if I have to replace that often.. Jennifer. Stunning! Very happy with the look and feel of this rug. We are using it for a very active entryway. I did buy the 5x7 Bottorff pad trimed off a few inches at the end and side. Overall it looks and feels as though we paid 3 times the price. TWO WEEKS LATER! Do not buy this rug! The rope comes out from the fabric and then it frayes.
