The colors are true to the picture. It’s soft (what would be expected of wool). Pretty dusty to begin with and there are tiny pieces of straw woven in with the wool. Highly recommend going over it a few times with vacuum right after placement. Really brings a classic, warm feeling to the room. Just got this so can’t speak to longevity. Highly recommend thus far! Shipping sucks and I hate there’s no way to adjust the speed of shipping but that obviously is not a review of the rug itself. BL needs to take out the middle man and just ship with UPS.
