If you are not familiar with jute rugs please note that they are a natural fiber that does shed quite a bit. I do find that the color is a little bit darker than what was shown in the stock photos, but that was OK for my use. I purchased the 3'6 x 5'6 size, and it goes perfectly with my new bedding. The rug was very well packaged and protected from getting wet or damaged. May I suggest that when you receive it, you unroll it and re-roll it in the opposite direction for a brief time so that when you place it, the corners will lay perfectly flat.
