Known for its fresh mountain air and centuries-old farmhouses, the upstate New York town of Bovina informed this pattern, created in collaboration with lifestyle editor Newell Turner. In a geometric design that recalls classic American coverlets, this wool-and-cotton rug brings together traditional craft and modern comfort. Like the Catskill region that inspired it, natural beauty defines Angelica's garden I rug.

Beautiful rug! Low pile. Doesn’t shed. Looks better in person. We put ours under the dining table and it looks perfect there.. Jo Ellen. TN. Thu Sep 14 2023

Rectangle 7'6" x 9'6"

In the highland headwaters of the Delaware River in the Catskill mountains, the town of Bovina is known for its centuries-old farmhouses. Designed in collaboration with renowned lifestyle editor Newell Turner, the Nine Stars Coverlet rug draws on this sense of place to envision a slower, more nature-based way of living. A skilled artisan hand-knotted this rug, resulting in banded ends that vary slightly—making each piece unique.

Beautiful, high-quality rug. Colors are a bit more muted than they appear in the online pictures -- what appears to be the white pattern is actually more of a sandstone grey, and the blue is more of a medium denim/ocean blue. The pattern has the perfect level of presence and interest without being loud or overwhelming. The rug reads like a "neutral tone with interest" in the room. The grey on the edges in the photo isn't part of the rug, it's part of the rug pad that we haven't yet cut down to size. Photo was taken in low lighting, so it's not the best representation of the colors.. Adina. NJ. Mon Sep 22 2025

Inspired by the upstate New York town of Bovina and designed in collaboration with renowned lifestyle editor Newell Turner, the Lover's Knot Coverlet I Rug brings together artisan craft and the beauty of the natural world. Hand-knotted from wool and cotton, each rug is unique. The banded flatwoven ends vary slightly, revealing the weaver’s individual way of working on the loom.

This rug is really unique. The pattern and thinner pile make for a great option for high traffic areas, or even on a patio. It unrolled and flattened out easily. The quality and craftsmanship is evident even from a distance.. Kelley. Granite Falls, NC. Tue Nov 29 2022

Rectangle 7'6" x 9'6"

Our Saint James Coverlet Rug is hand-knotted with banded, flatwoven ends—each in a slightly different stripe that reveals the hand of the weaver. Like a wildflower meadow, the pattern blooms across its surface. Part of our Bovina Collection created in collaboration with lifestyle editor Newell Turner, the design draws on the Catskill mountain region, inviting close connection to the natural world.

This rug was purchased for our outdoor area (as seen above). I don’t believe this was made to be an outdoor rug, however it is working well for our area. The rug itself is two different textures, which is nice. The middle part is soft and durable so you can feel the floor beneath you as you walk.. Lauren. Louisville, KY. Tue Nov 29 2022

Hand-knotted with flatweave banded ends, our Angelica's Garden II Rug’s geometric shows the individual variation of the weaver at work. It’s a beautiful bit of New Ruralism, a movement that seeks to bring nature and modernity into balance.
