This is my favorite rug of the three Alice rugs I purchased. Colors are muted, and busy enough to work in the kitchen as a runner in front of the sink. While a part of me is nervous that it might be too light for such a busy work space, my hope is that the wool will stand up to the challenge, as most wool rugs do. This is the second rug that I have gotten from Birch Lane that I love! I got it in a runner for our kitchen and it matches perfectly. I will be purchasing some padding for under it since we have it on hard wood floors. We are slowly revamping our house because it's pretty bare, but this rug contributed a lot of texture and beauty!.
