This is such a pretty rug. Very soft, but thin so you will need a pad underneath. I actually ordered mine a little too small accidentally but I am going to layer it over a plain jute rug. It’s definitely a navy color and I would say a little muted in color (not a super dark blue). And to me it has slight purple undertones. (My opinion). We are using it in a kids art area.. Melody. This rug is quiet beautiful. The weave in the carpet is solid and can be beautiful in any room. Restock it and I’d get an 8x10 or smaller. The colors are light brown with a soft beige color. This sturdy handmade area rug stands up to everyday foot traffic while giving you and your family some cozy padding to sink your feet into. It has a traditional Oushak-style pattern (in the size of your choice) for some old-world charm that's sure to fit right in with your coastal farmhouse. Looks aside, this wool-blend rug has fringed edges that are kind on your floors and help hold it in place, but we still recommend putting a rug pad underneath.
