One of our most popular original designs for almost a decade, the Malta Handwoven Wool Rug has a softly textured feel and subtle herringbone pattern. A designer and editor favorite, it's made entirely by hand. Its slightly weathered effect will lend a touch of coastal charm to your space.

With its all-American take on a casual cotton flatwoven rug, the chambray-style weave provides subtle interest and highlights the variations. This lightweight, affordable, reversible rug is perfect for kitchens, children’s rooms, and casual spaces.

Really like the colors, more of a faded red than it appears online. Wish it was a little more structured but it’s typical of the style of rug it is. Ashley. NY. Sat Jul 04 2026

I love the rug itself, it’s not the color I thought it was-it’s more yellow/orange than I wanted…kinda looks like old urine. Crystal. Woodstock, CT. Wed Nov 26 2025

This handwoven area rug has a traditional striped pattern that makes it right at home in any living room or bedroom. It's handmade from wool and has an ivory color palette that'll complement any design aesthetic, from farmhouse to coastal cottage. The natural material stands up to regular use, so it's great for homes with kids or pets. Its plush 0.59" pile height makes it a great choice for rooms with low foot traffic since it adds plenty of padding. Something to keep in mind: To care for it, vacuum without a beater bar/rotating brush. Just don't forget to add a rug pad underneath for some extra traction.

Beautiful rug! Great quality. Thick not thin and flimsy.. Kathie. Ashland, VA. Thu Jan 15 2026

The Scottie Collection from Chris Loves Julia x Loloi is a hand-tufted wool area rug with a playful scalloped edge and lower-pile, striped border for a touch of structure. The rug’s overall pile is thick and plush, available in easygoing earth tones and neutral colorways. This collection is hand-tufted of 100% wool in India and GoodWeave-certified, ensuring our commitment to ethical production and the support of weavers’ communities. Some shedding is expected and a natural characteristic of wool rugs; we recommend vacuuming frequently without a beater bar.

Gorgeous rug ! Love it ~ great quality !. Heidi. Vernon, NY. Thu Sep 18 2025

This handwoven area rug welcomes guests and family home to your living space or bedroom. Its simple stripe pattern shows off horizontal lines of brown, beige, red, and blue for a subtle touch of color in your space. Hand-tufted from wool, it has a medium 0.5'' high that creates a plush and warm foundation underfoot in low-traffic rooms like dens and offices. Although it comes with a canvas backing, we recommend adding a rug pad underneath to anchor it in place.

It’s a very easy rug to adjust to given it’s replacing rugs with very bold colors. It brightens the entire living room and my mood. The pattern doesn’t show lint or small bits of items tracked in on shoes or doggy pays. I bought the extra thick mat for the floor under the rug so it’s very soft to walk on.. Kathy. Los Gatos, CA. This area rug has a subtle pattern that's handwoven for a rustic look to your space. It's handmade from 100% wool, a naturally durable and stain-resistant material that holds up to regular use. The style features alternating stripes in natural gray and beige hues that complement your modern decor. We love how the low 0.25" pile height works well in rooms with high foot traffic like the entryway or kitchen. This area rug has a cotton and latex backing, but we recommend pairing it with a rug pad to keep it securely in place.

Beautiful rug just wrong size for my room. Elizabeth. Rye, NY. Tue May 27 2025

This hand-loomed area rug adds a cozy foundation to your space. Made from a blend of wool and polyester, its green hue and thin beige stripe is a subtle design that adds visual interest without detracting from the room's design scheme. The abrash technique creates a rich, multi-shaded effect, while a top stitch stripe adds a finishing touch. And it's safe for use over a heated floor. We recommend rolling this rug out over a pad to keep it from shifting.

Very nice rug! Just got it today but it seems like good quality. My only hesitation is that after vacuuming it 3 times, it’s still filling my vacuum with fibres. Hopefully it doesn’t shed over time and this is just because it’s new.. Kim. Toronto. Sat Jul 18 2026
