I was surprised by how light the rug is overall, both in color and construction. It's beautiful but with 3 active dogs, I'm thinking that it won't last me as long as I would have hoped. I really like this rug, and it is of nice quality and feel—however, be aware that in the photos it appears to be beige and gray. In reality, the “gray” is actually more greenish gray and really shows green in our room. I like it a lot, but it was definitely a different color than I had expected based on the photos.. Cindy.
