I am thrilled with my new runners. The colors in them pull the colors on the walls to bring things together nicely for me. I will need to add rug pads for more stability but I was sort of expecting that. These runners are thick and so soft under the feet. They came rolled and laid flat right out of the packaging. Searching for the right rug for my home office and came across this one which I liked for the natural fibers and muted green tones. The design is classic and I liked that it picked up on some colors in art in the room. I also liked that its soft green contrasted with built in furniture that is brighter. With a reading couch it will all work. Delivery was quick and it was well packaged which I appreciated bc the day of delivery, it was raining heavily. My dislike is that it is thinner than I thought. This is the second rug that I have gotten from Birch Lane that I love! I got it in a runner for our kitchen and it matches perfectly.
