Just received this rug. It’s a nice rug but it came with lots of pulled treads. and seemed to be a return…. Very disappointed. Customer service was excellent and set up a return right away.

These rugs are MUCH coarser and roughly textured than pictured. Not soft or pliable. Also, noticed significant fraying after only one month of minor use (low foot traffic). Very disappointed.
