The rug arrived with a defect. A portion of the edge was not finshed and had lots of long jagged fibers hanging off of it. I tried to report the defect and they did offer to replace it if I sent the 8' x 10' rug back to them at my expense. The shipping would not be worth it. They offered to let me keep it for a 10% refund.
