Ordered clay rug. Received muted brown. The colors were not like the birch lane web site at all. Birch lane gave me the option to have it replaced with the same rug….. no thank you! Or pay the return shipping fee of $56. Poor quality rug and even poorer customer service

I purchased 2 sizes and the smaller rug was fine but the hallway runners edges are fraying. I would have returned it but my dog and cat already walked in them so I felt I couldn’t send them back. I purchased these because they are washable but this rug wouldn’t survive a single wash. Very disappointed!
