Rug Size:Rectangle 5' x 8'
Ordered a carpet and rug pad and they came in two different sizes in spite of me ordering them in the same size. I am trying to return the pad (their error) and I am being charged $60+ dollars. Also, I am being told to discuss the issue with Wayfair and not Birch Lane. I would really like to return for refund! Please send me a shipping label. TY!! I opened this issue a month ago.

this is a great rug - we got it as a runner but I would recommend it in a full size too. the Navy is very dark and beautiful and the workmanship is terrific. Highly recommend.
