Looked good upon arrival but within 5 mos started to degrade. It's serving a 4-family building so it's subject to more wear than for a single family. As the photos show, the black rubber or plastic bars are very thin and brittle and they broke in two places. I'd already blackened the broken spots with a magic marker before taking the photos. Aside from that aspect of fragility, it's good.
