Very dissatisfied with the Elle Handmade rugs I purchased. It was noted that some shedding would happen for 6 months. Not true these rugs shed horribly. I even bought the special attachment for my vacuum cleaner to assist in proper care. To no avail, these rugs shed and spread fibers throughout my entire house. (Can't be good for anyone's health) I have to vacuum & dust daily due to the shedding. I am now re.iving them from my home.

Exactly as I had imagined… beautiful colors and so soft on the feet!

This rug just does not feel good under your feet. Not very soft. You can feel each individual “ball” under your feet.

Horrible we don’t wear shoes in the house but after one year it’s already gross. Link gets trapped in the wood digs impossible to clean

Celebrate your cozy living space every day with this handwoven area rug. It's crafted from a natural blend of wool and cotton in a warm beige hue. The medium pile height offers extra cushion underfoot, but it's still easy to vacuum and won’t impede doors from opening or closing.

Embrace a natural, earthy vibe with this machine-woven sisal area rug. Designed for indoor use, it brings warmth and texture to your living room, bedroom, or dining area. Its neutral tones blend effortlessly with a variety of color palettes and décor styles. While not reversible, this rug offers a lovely touch of organic appeal to your space. To maintain its fresh look, simply vacuum with no beater bar or rotating brush. Please note, that a rug pad (sold separately) is recommended to keep it in place.
Great looking rug!! Soft underfoot and stays put without a rug mat.. Nancy. Boston, MA. Mon Jun 15 2026

Welcome guests into your space with the help of this bleached area rug. It's hand-loomed in India from a jute and cotton blend, and its knit-inspired design of alternating stripes brings a cozy vibe to low-traffic locations. Our favorite part? It comes in a range of sizes, so you’re likely to find one that fits your space. Pair with a rug pad to keep it from shifting underfoot and to add a little extra cushioning.
I ordered the 8'x8' square rug. My space was a bit of a challenge because there are two areas in one room. I wanted the two spaces to be distinct. The rug really helped to pull this together. It's not as soft as I thought it would be from the photo, but it is in way hard or scratchy. You definitely don't want to use a vacuum that has roller brushes that run automatically. The loops are large and would likely get pulled up and unravel. I would say it is worth the purchase. UPDATE: It sheds like crazy! If my kids lay on it in something black they end up looking like they rolled in a bail of hay!. Mammallama. Dallas, TX. Wed Jan 21 2026

This hand-woven area rug adds natural warmth to your space with its blend of 80% wool and 20% cotton. Featuring an ivory base with brown and blue accents, its flatweave design is soft underfoot and low-profile – perfect for high-traffic areas because it's easy to vacuum. We recommend pairing with a rug pad (sold separately) to prevent any sliding.
