What Customers are Saying

Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and soft texture, noting that the colors are true to online depictions. Many find the quality to be excellent and feel it is well worth the price. However, opinions are mixed regarding durability, with some customers experiencing snags, pulls, and wear issues, especially in high-traffic areas or with pets. Cleaning can also be challenging, and some feel the product does not live up to its advertised performance.

This rug is GORGEOUS and feels heavenly under foot. Worth the price for a quality durable rug in the bedroom.

The rug is beautiful! It only came a day later than originally estimated, but the rug looks great! It is also a heavy rug so it will stay pretty much where you put it, even without the rubber backer. The only thing for me is that they( ordered two) are just a little too thick for where I originally was going to place them and there isn't enough space between the bottom of my mudroom doors and the tile floor I just installed. So I kept them anyways and just put them in a different location. They look too nice to return!

I love the natural texture and neutral color of this rug. It adds warmth without competing with the rest of the room, and it has held up very well. It feels substantial and looks great.

This rug is really luxurious in feel. Looks like sweater knit, but more sturdy. Really love it- warmed up our space
