Kali Natural Machine Printed Washable Rug

NO STARS!! I very very rarely leave a bad review. If I do… it is well deserved. My rug came in and it is two different colors. One half is lighter than the other half. Customer service has been frustrating. They repeat themselves and ask the same questions. And then they disappear for 20 min or more. This was my favorite question. How many boxes will you be using? Well, it’s 1 rug. And how many times do they have to ask if they can proceed?! I’m guessing it’s a real person. I think AI would be better at this. Second favorite- if we give you a partial refund would you be willing to keep the defective rug?! I’m beyond frustrated. I won’t shop here again and I won’t recommend 1hour now and I still haven’t finished with this process. I have never had this experience before with birch lane. I’m so disappointed. -Unhappy customer (Photos for viewing and close up because it was harder to see the difference in the photo. In person it’s very very noticeable)

These are nice rugs, but I worry about how they will stand up with a lot of foot traffic.

Love these rugs. Soft and beautiful looking
